Ordering rules

This page explains how we take and fulfil orders. The website is informational: you cannot place an order on it. We take orders by phone and in person at the patisserie.
1.Who fulfils your order
Orders are fulfilled by Jadwiga Sosnowska, trading as Sosnowscy Wypieki Domowe, Mazowiecka 10, 95-020 Nowy Bedoń, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 7281578383, REGON 101289940. Contact: phone 604 558 906 or 42 213 43 71, e-mail sosnowscy@interia.pl.
2.How to order
- We take orders by phone and in person at the patisserie, Mazowiecka 10, Nowy Bedoń.
- Prices on the website are in Polish zloty (zł) and are for information. We confirm the final price, contents and date when we take your order.
- For custom cakes we agree the details with you, such as size and flavour.
3.Lead times
- We take orders, especially custom cakes, at least 7 days in advance.
- You can place an order up to 6 months before the pickup date.
4.Payment
- Small orders do not need a prepayment.
- Regular and larger orders require prepayment of the full order value.
- You can pay in cash at the patisserie, by card at the patisserie, by bank transfer or by BLIK.
- We give the details for bank transfer or BLIK payment when we take your order.
5.Pickup and delivery
- Orders are collected at the patisserie, Mazowiecka 10, 95-020 Nowy Bedoń.
- Delivery is possible for larger orders, depending on the size of the order and the distance.
- Orders worth more than 500 zł can be delivered within 15 km of the patisserie.
- Please call us for details about delivery and its cost.
6.Cancelling an order
- If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, we refund your payment. The exception is an order that included slicing the cake: in that case no refund is given.
- After 24 hours we decide individually whether the order can be cancelled and whether anything is refunded, depending on the kind of order, how it was made and what is in it. This also applies to orders that are already finished.
- There is no single fixed rule here. To cancel, please call us or visit the patisserie.
- Under Article 38(3) and (4) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, a consumer has no statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract (for example, one made by phone) for goods made to the consumer's specification or goods that spoil quickly. The cancellation terms above are a goodwill gesture on our part.
7.Complaints
- Complaints are handled by the person who manages the patisserie, Małgorzata Sosnowska.
- You can make a complaint in person at the patisserie or by phone.
- We answer every complaint and propose a solution, no later than 14 days after it is made.
- These rules do not exclude or limit any consumer rights under the law, including rights under the statutory warranty.
8.Allergens
We give allergen information for our baked goods on this website and, on request, when taking an order. Our baked goods are prepared in a kitchen where other ingredients are also used and may contain traces of other allergens. If you have an allergy or food intolerance, please contact us before ordering.
9.Changes to these rules
These rules may be updated. An order is governed by the version in force on the day it was placed.
